Replatform to Magento
Our first project as an agency was to replatform a custom built website to Magento. We took the role of client side project manager and worked with the development agency to make sure the project got done on time. This was our start to e-commerce project management and paved the way for Outdoor Ecom to be the leading e-commerce agency in the outdoor industry.

A Blog that Drove Over 200k Users / Month
After the new website went live, our team was tasked with improving the SEO of the new site. After all the On Page SEO factors were taken care of (Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, Insite Linking Strategy, etc.) we moved on to creating a blog.
In the early days, the Pacsafe blog was one of the few travel blogs in existence so it collected a lot of inbound links. Within a year, the blog was doing over 100k User per month, later to eventually reach 200k Users per Month.
